Come to The Kafana every last Sunday of the month for an inclusive WLW “Out for Lunch” queer/lesbian lunch meetup group here in the Bay of Quinte. Celebrate pride with us, all are welcome!
You will explore different meditation techniques including, but not limited to, vajrayana tradition, meditation of self-inquiry, tratak, etc.
We’ll start at the top of the hour with an introduction of that day’s technique, followed by a discussion period (approximately 15-20 minutes), and wrap up with a sitting for about 30-40 minutes.

All-ages – from toddlers to grandmas! No experience necessary – super beginner-friendly, open and welcoming. Lesson 7-8pm, party 8pm til late!
