Are you here for a tournament in Belleville? Or maybe you’re a local teen who’s heard the dreaded words, “Get off your phone and go do something!”

Well, we’ve got you covered.

There’s more to Belleville than meets the eye, especially when you know where to look.

Here’s a handy guide of 10 Fun Things to do in Belleville for teens (and the young-at-heart):

1. Step into Another World with virtual reality

Forget your usual video game setup.

At Another World VR, you don’t just play the game. You’re actually inside it!

Put on your VR headset, grab your friends and get ready to explore futuristic worlds, complete missions and battle opponents.

Depending on the game, you can team up with friends or go head-to-head in a virtual battle.

According to co-owner Rio Saini, younger players are already pretty comfortable with VR gaming.

“They already know what they’re doing. I don’t have to explain.”

Games accommodate groups of two to six players, with adventures ranging from sci-fi expeditions to competitive multiplayer challenges.

And yes, there are games where you can test your survival skills against some pretty terrifying enemies.

It’s the perfect activity for teammates looking for a little friendly competition off the ice.

Parents would be thrilled to know that Another World also has an in-house Cappuccino Cafe that offers pastries, lattes, hot chocolate, matcha and flavoured dirty sodas.

Make it extra memorable: snap a selfie of your team, order a custom, edible photo-printed coffee topping and sip your masterpiece.

“You can share any kind of picture you want on your coffee and we can get that printed for you,” said co-owner Sandeep Maan.
