Nature Canada recently recognized Belleville as one of Canada’s newest certified Bird Friendly Cities, celebrating the community’s commitment to protecting habitats, supporting biodiversity, and creating spaces where both people and birds can thrive.

And if you’re curious to learn more, Migratory Bird Day is happening October 10th, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM at the Belleville Public Library (The morning starts with a 30-minute presentation, followed by an interactive, drop-in experience.)
